I also help individuals with tax preparation and focus on ensuring a very old-fashioned, personal experience with each person I work with. This means adapting how I do business according to each customer’s preference.

A younger, tech-savvy millennial has different expectations of a tax prep process than a senior citizen does. I work to make sure I serve all of my customers in a manner that brings them back on a regular basis.
